Why FITHUBLA?

FITHUBLA is a new concept for training in Los Angeles. Justin and Jaime have built their careers in coaching clients at high end gyms. Jaime spent time managing several locations for Equinox and Justin left Equinox after being a top coach to train independently all around Los Angeles.

Our mission is to bring the best of both worlds to independent coaching.

For coaches, we aim to provide a supportive and learning environment without all the demands.

For clients, we aim to connect you with the top coaches in Los Angeles to provide the best experience at a reasonable price.

FAQs

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Coaches must submit their insurance information to get access to book sessions with their clients.

Prospective members must do their consultation for Small Group and Personal Training and make a profile for Specialty Classes.

WHAT IS SMALL GROUP TRAINING?

FITHUB Small Group Training provides a strength training program to a group of 4 people at a time that resembles personal training. The goal is to provide as close to personal training as possible.

WHAT ARE SPECIALTY CLASSES?

Specialty classes provide members with another mode of training. Diverse training is the best. So we decided to offer Mat Pilates, Boxing, Yoga, and Stretch classes in a group of 10 to help you diversify your training.

WHY DO I NEED A CONSULTATION?

Consultations allow our coaches to make better recommendations when guiding you to your goals. The lifestyle interview dives deep into daily living, nutrition, and sleep to get a holistic picture of your life. The movement screen lets us know if we have to modify any exercises for you or if you are cleared to train like normal. Finally the body composition with our InBody320 gives us an analysis of your muscle, body fat, and hydration levels to make detailed recommendations. From there, the coach makes sure you are set up on your app and ready to get the most of FITHUB.
